Refund and Returns Policy

We do not Entertain any returns for the below reasons :-
1 – Quality issue
2 – Size issues
3 – Color issues
4 – Under assorted products you will get assorted designs or colors as per product description.
We Provide only Refund for Manufacturing Defective Products only.

Returns is a scheme provided by Our Brand or any Seller directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective Brand or sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

We Provide 2 Days Refund Policy After delivery of the product

You have to follow a few Steps for Successful refund for the factory damage items. – 

Conditions – The product must be in Original Condition. 

Complete Product – You must have all the items along with your product. for example – Billing, tags, bags, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product – The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable)

Undamaged Product – The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes by customer or the Buyer

Undamaged Packaging – The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Our company will not provide any Refund for any damages if any of the above conditions are not met.s

 

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once our team validated all the proofs shared by the buyer and after final inspection , we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your UPI, Wallets or original method of payment, within a 7-10. days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at B2Bwithfashionhub@gmail.com and Our team will coordinate with you as soon as possible .

 

Shipping Refunds / Returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: B2Bwithfashionhub@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
